The album title is shortened from the phrase 'birds of the same feather flock together'. I want to share who I am as an individual through sound, and not try and emulate another person. If I do sound like another artist, then I have a way to bridge with them and understand why we make things in similar ways. With other listeners, I can connect with them at a deeper level than liking the same genre of music.

Being able to step away from specific genre, while keeping a consistent sound is both rewarding and difficult. I want to encapsulate who I am without running off on tangents. The only song that I feel doesn't fit to this album is Delimiter, but the title of the song embellishes its separation from the rest of the tracks.

Hopefully you enjoy what I have created, and feel inspired to create things that resonate with yourself. In doing this, you might be able to find others that can make a much deeper connection with you.
